Terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are between you and Hopadoo ("we", "us"), based in India. By using hopadoo.app or hopadoo.com, or buying the Family Unlock, you agree to them.
Using Hopadoo
The free games at hopadoo.app are free to play at home and in classrooms, for personal, family and non-commercial teaching use. Play in a space with enough room, away from furniture and stairs. A grown-up should supervise young children. Movement games carry a small risk of trips and bumps, and you play at your own risk.
The Family Unlock
- A one-time purchase that unlocks Hopadoo's extra mini-games and themes, including ones added later, while we continue to offer the game.
- One license key works on up to 5 devices in your household. It's for personal, non-commercial use by your household, not for schools, clinics or businesses. Teachers, see "In classrooms" below.
- Please don't share or resell your key. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly.
In classrooms
- Teachers can use the free games with their class.
- While we try Hopadoo with schools, we give teachers free classroom codes for the extra games on request by email. A classroom code unlocks them on up to 5 devices used with one teacher's class, for non-commercial teaching. It's for that teacher's class only, so please don't share it.
- We plan to offer a paid school license later.
- Hopadoo needs no student accounts and collects no student data. Please don't send us photos or video of students.
Who you're buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase.
Fair use
Don't use Hopadoo unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with its security, for example with malware, probing, scraping or getting round the license checks.
Ownership
Hopadoo, its games, art, code and name belong to us. The Family Unlock, or a classroom code, gives you a license to use it, not ownership of it.
Availability
We work to keep Hopadoo running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Suspending access
We may suspend or end access, including revoking a key, for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment (including a chargeback), or to stop fraud or a security risk.
Refunds
See our refund policy. A refunded key stops working on new devices.
Changes and availability
We keep improving Hopadoo, so games and features may change. We'll give notice before any change that takes away something you paid for.
